Cleaning and Care:
Board should be washed with warm soapy water and wiped dry. Not dishwasher safe.
Do NOT soak in water. Occasionally wipe board down with mineral oil to renew finish. Keep away from open flames. Do NOT place oven hot pots or pans on surface.
